Résumé :	The Macmillan English dictionary for Advanced Learners which was prepared by so many lexicographers of UK and the USA is one of the best of many I am having in my bookshelf. The dictionary is helping me to know and understand very clearly the difference between British and American English.Even though I am referring Macmillan Comprehensive dictionary(along with other dictionaries), I am compelled by this dictionary to give it the first priority. At this juncture I owe to Merriam-Webster's advanced learners dictionary that, as far as I am concerned, is also a great one. The Macmillan is one of the best dictionaries that I love so much.
